Wendy and her team are off to a great start at nationals. The 1st part of the tournament was a 4 team seeding pool. The Lady Sting won their 3 games and will thus be a 1st seed in their bracket. Their first game as against the Missouri Valley Power, who finished 2nd last year in the nation, and beat them by 15. The second game was an easy win. The last game they wound in the seeding pool was a great match-up against a good (and rough) team. The Lady Sting finished the game with three of their starters fouling out and the bench helping get the win.
The 1st game in the championship bracket is today at 5pm against Indiana "Queens of the Court". The bracket is linked below.
