You have to trust them all. Most of the government officials we deal with are great guys, some are just looking to make an extra buck. No difference from quite a few of ours. On the ANSF, out of maybe 300,000 there maybe 100 really bad guys. The others are fair, not well trained, not well disciplined, a good hand full of hash smokers but they are trying. We do partnered ops all the time and they are in front and they are knocking on the door first. Just in our back yard one was killed by one of our marines in an accident. Things are reasonably getting better here, just some bad instances get a lot of press.

Heart rending particularly because of the circumstances.You cannot trust anyone in that country, from the top to the bottom.
