The school year has started. After returning from the Cape on Sunday the boys started 1st, 5th and 8th grade. The all seem to be happy with their teachers and who is in their classes.
Wendy and I drove up on the 30th to the Cape. We tried to leave the house at 6am, but started down the road and realized we had a flat tire. It was a slow leak from a nail. We filled the tire at a station and then headed to a auto place on base Quantico that opens at 6am. We got lucky and they put us in front and we were on the road by 7am. Cosmo got a nice walk around the base while we waited. We brought the little guy because he is not quite ready to be left alone in the back yard with the other dogs.
It was great to see the boys and I think they were happy to see us as well. Devyn and Tristan have spent five of the last six weeks away from home and were a little bummed about it. Probably more bummed about not being able to hang with their friends. They have spent plenty of time at home bumming around the neighborhood at the beginning of the summer.
They seemed to have had a good time on the cape. They get along great with Ava and gave Papa HoJo and Grammi a couple of more gray hairs.
I hope to have some pictures up on the site this weekend.

Ah, you can't stress too much. As individuals they are smart, caring, kind boys. It's just together they are crazy, but fun to watch.
