more like subcontracting the work out for finishing the basement. A
friend and his buddy are leading the effort as the general
contractors. They are both firefighters and do some
basements/construction on their off days. Electricians, Plumbing and
HA/C have all come and we pass inspection. Now dry wall is going up.
In the end it will be almost another 1500 sq ft of finished living
area. Some pics for you. Will keep you updated as Wendy sends the
pictures.
We will have one bedroom, a TV room, bathroom, exercise room and main
room that we should be able to get a pool table into
