Halloween was a lot different than past ones. This was also the 1st year that I did not accompany kids trick or treating. Devyn did not bother dressing up this year. He and a bunch of kids just walked around and visited neighbors who they knew for treats. Tristan went out on his own with some friends. Ayden was grounded this year again and helped me pass out candy.
Cosmo created quite the scare for kids. We left the glass door open and every time the doorbell rang he would come running and barking. Most kids jumped back. Even some parents were a little skidish. Then when we opened the door to give out candy Cosmo calmed down and they all then wanted to pet him. After the door was closed Cosmo laid down and it started all over again.
