Italy Bound

Tristan is off to Italy tomorrow.  His itinerary is below.  He said he will try to post to instagram daily.  We will also be sure to get his pictures up on the blog when he returns.

Day 1 - Overnight Flight

Day 2 - Milan • Cinque Terre

        Arrive in Milan and transfer to Cinque Terre

Day 3 - Cinque Terre

        Visit the Cinque Terre

Day 4 – Cinque Terre • Bologna • Venice

        Transfer to Venice via Bologna
  * Visit teh university

Day 5 – Venice

Guided Sightseeing of Venice:
  * Grand Canal
  * St. Mark’s Square
Visit the Doge’s Palace
Attend a glass-blowing demonstration
Free time in Venice

Day 6 – Venice • Florence

Transfer to Florence
Guided Sightseeing of Florence:
Visit the Duomo
See a leather making demonstration
Free time in Florence

Day 7 – Florence

        Free day in Florence

Day 8 – Florence • Assisi • Rome

Transfer to Rome via Assisi
Visit the Basilica of Assisi

Day 9 – Rome

Guided Sightseeing of Rome:

  * the Pantheon
  * Piazza Navona
  * Spanish Steps
Visit the Roman Forum
Visit the Colosseum
Guided Sightseeing of The Vatican:
